적용 범위

이 안내는 Facet 웹사이트와 제공되는 앱 버전에 적용됩니다. 온라인 기능의 제공 여부는 앱 버전과 지역에 따라 다릅니다.

기기에 저장하는 정보

퍼즐 진행, 기록과 설정은 기기에 저장합니다. 별도 파일에는 열어 둔 보상 퍼즐과 불투명한 구매 참조 해시 등 권한 확인 자료를 저장합니다. 원문 영수증과 결제 카드를 이 파일에 저장하지 않습니다. Facet 계정과 기기 간 저장 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.

앱 데이터 삭제나 재설치는 로컬 저장과 광고 보상을 제거할 수 있습니다. 기기 운영체제의 백업·이전 기능에는 사본이 남을 수 있으며, 제공 여부와 삭제는 운영체제와 이용자 설정에 따릅니다.

선택 보상 광고

잠긴 퍼즐에서 광고 보상을 선택하면 Google의 동의 도구(UMP)로 광고 요청 가능 여부를 확인한 뒤 AdMob 광고를 요청합니다. 동의 거절이나 오류로 광고가 제공되지 않을 수 있으며, 무료 퍼즐은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. Google이 요구하는 개인정보 옵션은 앱 설정에서 다시 열 수 있습니다.

Google 광고 서비스는 IP 주소와 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 조회·상호작용 및 성능·진단 정보를 광고 제공·측정·보안과 부정 이용 방지에 처리할 수 있습니다. 개인 맞춤이 아닌 광고나 테스트 광고도 모든 기술 정보 처리가 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. Facet은 GPS 위치나 퍼즐 저장 원문을 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 Apple 추적 허용(ATT) 요청이 없으며, 이를 모든 SDK 처리나 추적이 없다는 약속으로 해석하지 않습니다.

보상은 SDK의 완료 통지 후 선택한 퍼즐 하나에 기기 안에서 기록합니다. Facet 광고 보상 계정이나 서버 보상 데이터베이스는 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 개인정보 선택과 운영체제 광고 설정은 서로 다릅니다.

스토어 구매와 검증

구매를 제공하는 버전에서는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play와 Unity IAP를 사용합니다. 스토어가 결제와 환불을 처리하며 Facet 운영자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매·복원·앱 실행 후 권한 재조회에는 상품·플랫폼, 거래 식별자와 영수증 또는 구매 토큰을 HTTPS 검증 서버에 보내고 해당 스토어에 확인하는 처리가 포함됩니다. 유료 권한의 실행 후 확인에는 온라인 연결이 필요합니다.

Facet 전용 검증 서버는 대한민국에 설치되어 있습니다. 검증을 제공하는 버전에서는 요청 본문·거래 참조·영수증·토큰을 요청 처리 중 확인하고 관련 스토어에 조회합니다. 이 서버에는 구매 데이터베이스가 없으며 요청 본문·영수증·토큰을 로그에 저장하지 않습니다. IP 주소는 네트워크 연결과 요청 횟수 제한에 사용합니다.

Unity IAP에는 거래·구매 증빙과 기기·식별자 정보를 Unity 서비스에 보고하는 SDK 경로가 있습니다. 앱은 Unity의 선택 광고·분석 동의를 기본 거절로 설정하지만, 이를 SDK의 필수 처리나 구매 보고가 모두 중단된다는 약속으로 사용하지 않습니다. Apple, Google과 Unity가 보관하는 기록에는 각 공급자의 정책이 적용됩니다.

지원 웹사이트

웹사이트는 GitHub Pages 정적 페이지로 준비했습니다. 운영자가 넣은 방문 분석, 광고, 쿠키, 외부 폰트, 문의 양식과 브라우저 저장소는 없습니다. GitHub는 보안을 위해 방문자의 IP 주소를 기록·보관한다고 안내합니다. 운영자는 이 사이트에서 GitHub 로그를 직접 삭제할 수 없습니다.

이메일 문의와 보관

이메일을 보내면 운영자가 발신 주소, 메시지와 직접 첨부한 자료를 받아 문의 확인·회신·문제 해결에 사용합니다. Gmail을 통해 수신하며 Google의 처리도 적용됩니다. 문의 내용을 공개 게시하지 않습니다. 일괄 적용되는 확정 보관 기간은 없으며, 삭제·정정 요청 시 필요한 보관 여부와 범위를 안내합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 구매 토큰, 카드 정보와 불필요한 개인정보는 보내지 마세요.

이용 대상과 처리 지역

어린이를 대상으로 제공하는 서비스가 아닙니다. 이용 대상은 대한민국 만 14세 이상, 그 밖의 지원 지역 만 13세 이상으로 준비합니다. 현재 앱에는 생년월일 입력이나 계정 연령 검증이 없습니다. 관련 개인정보가 잘못 제공되었다면 운영자에게 알려 주세요.

Apple, Google, Unity, GitHub와 이메일 서비스는 자신의 인프라와 정책에 따라 정보를 처리하며 이용자의 거주국 밖에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 모든 처리가 거주국 안에서 이루어진다고 약속하지 않습니다.

선택과 요청

기기 저장 삭제, 운영체제 권한·광고 설정 변경, 제공되는 광고 개인정보 옵션 재선택이 가능합니다. 문의 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 요청은 위 연락처로 보내 주세요. 필요한 경우 본인 확인과 적용 가능한 요청 범위를 안내합니다. 스토어 구매·환불, 공급자 기록, OS 백업과 전달한 사본은 해당 서비스에서도 따로 관리해야 할 수 있습니다.

변경 안내와 관련 정책

앱의 처리 범위나 운영 조건이 달라지면 안내와 날짜를 갱신합니다.

Facet privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the Facet website and available app versions. Online feature availability varies by app version and region.

Information on your device

Puzzle progress, records and preferences stay on your device. A separate entitlement file records rewarded puzzle access and opaque purchase reference hashes. It does not store raw receipts or payment cards. Facet does not offer accounts or save synchronization between devices. Clearing app data or reinstalling may remove local progress and ad rewards. OS backup or migration services may keep copies under their own settings and policies.

Optional rewarded ads

When you choose an ad reward for a locked puzzle, Google's User Messaging Platform checks whether ads may be requested before an AdMob request. Refusal or errors may prevent an ad; free puzzles remain available. Required Google privacy options can be reopened in Settings.

Google advertising services may process IP addresses and approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and performance and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Sample or non-personalized ads do not mean that all technical processing stops. Facet does not put GPS location or puzzle save contents in an ad request. The current app does not request Apple ATT permission; this is not a promise that every SDK processing or tracking path is absent. A completed SDK reward unlocks one selected puzzle locally. Facet has no ad reward account or server reward database.

Store purchases and verification

Versions offering purchases use Apple App Store or Google Play and Unity IAP. The store handles payment and refunds; the operator does not receive card details. Purchasing, restore and entitlement checks after launch send the product, platform, transaction reference and receipt or purchase token over HTTPS for verification with the relevant store. Paid access needs an online check after launch.

The dedicated Facet verification server is located in South Korea. Versions offering verification process request bodies, transaction references, receipts and purchase tokens during a request and query the relevant store. This server has no purchase database and does not log request bodies, receipts or tokens. IP addresses are used for network connections and request rate limits.

Unity IAP contains purchase reporting paths involving transactions, purchase proofs and device or identifier information. The app denies Unity's optional analytics and ads consent by default; this does not establish that all essential SDK processing or purchase reporting stops. Apple, Google and Unity apply their own retention policies to their records.

Website and email

The website is prepared as static GitHub Pages content. The operator adds no visitor analytics, ads, cookies, external fonts, contact forms or browser storage. GitHub records and stores visitor IP addresses for security; the operator cannot directly erase those logs through this site.

For email inquiries the operator receives your sender address, message and attachments to reply and resolve the issue. Gmail and Google's policies also apply. Inquiries are not publicly posted. There is no fixed blanket retention period; correction or deletion requests are assessed with any necessary retention explained. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, purchase tokens, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Audience and processing regions

The service is not directed to children. The intended audience is age 14 or older in South Korea and age 13 or older in other supported regions. The current app does not collect a date of birth or verify an account age. Contact the operator if personal information has been supplied improperly. Apple, Google, Unity, GitHub and email providers may process data outside your country under their own infrastructure and policies.

Your choices and requests

You may remove local app data, change OS permissions and advertising settings, and revisit available ad privacy options. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion or processing restrictions for inquiry information. Identity confirmation may be needed. Store records, provider information, OS backups and shared copies may need separate management with the relevant service.
